Westcoast Structural Garners Three Summit Awards

Westcoast Structural Concrete & Masonry garnered three Summit Awards at the third annual Lee Building Industry Association (BIA) Commercial Contractors Council Summit Awards event. Westcoast Structural won Best Sub-Contactor Web Site, Best Sub-Contractor Brochure and Best Sub-Contractor Logo Design awards. The Summit Awards program recognizes BIA members who have obtained an outstanding level of success and demonstrated superior professionalism in the commercial construction industry throughout the year. A panel of Orlando-area commercial construction professionals judged each entrant on ethical behavior, customer relations, management capabilities and community involvement. In addition, the judges evaluated the projects for originality, quality of design and marketing message. Formed in 1998, Fort Myers-based Westcoast Structural Concrete & Masonry is a concrete and masonry subcontractor, specializing in commercial construction. The company, which has 80 employees, offers several methods of concrete and masonry construction including concrete block and tilt wall. The contractor offers turn-key construction services including layout, structural concrete forming through tie beam, flatwork placement and finishing.
